| Charity Absurd
The murmur grows - until they rage It is not a scenery At this market-place in middle-ages Somebody - in the crowd - Speaks a prayer Hundred burning torches rise In their light appears the silhouette Of a mighty FUNeral pile
Headling with some unknown herbs - Rising suspicion - "Death" - they say - "is what she deserves!" - An innocent victim - "Instruments of torture will tell us the truth!" And it feels like Oooohhh...
"I'm representing the church Somebody said, in you might lurk Things - still not seen by human eyes Is is dark magic, you are practicing?"
After there are no tears left And they thought, they'd feaced the fact "Nothing is as it should be You're accused of witchery!"
"If there is a creator If there is a god... You will pay for all the dead There's punishment above! And somebody outside this chamber of horror
Knows my fear, knows my sorrow YOU preach, how could I learn? 'cause in this faith is CHARITY ABSURD!"
After this words wer spoken The cowd wants to see her die The way to the confessor Will it be the last one in her life?
The murmur grows - until they rage And somebody speaks a prayer A prayer...

| Mind Mutilation
"A teardrop falls down from eyelash The abusion has begun Say, is this the way YOU love me? All my might is gone... If your eyes are blind, I'll tell you I am one of the human race Don't you see that wounds of violence Slowly leave their trace?"
Help? From neighbours? No chance: they ignore Don't dare to discover A little boy must suffer
Listen... "You're scum since your day of birth!" - Hammered in his head - Receiver of second-hand emotions Degraded in slow motion It's an unforgivable crime What they're doing to their child Did you ever hear about the right to live?
Did you ever see: You are dangerously sick? And you never learned Controlling your frustrations Exit: Mind Mutilation
Listen... After hours of heaviest violence A little body had no chance An explosion of brutality Is the sad reality Can't you see, your child is dead?
To the most around they seemed to be A family in harmony One point others couldn't see: They're stricken by brutality...
Help? From neighbours? No chance: they ignore Don't dare to discover A little boy must suffer

| Incapsuled
Victim of a tragic accident To survive she really had no chance And they thought, that all in her had died But ONE part was still alive...
So they couldn't hear The silent scream As they connected her on this life-machine
An embryonic existence Incapsuled in a corpse Artifical rescue of a lost life The decision: Right or wrong?
Let live? Or let die? If it would be on you, how would YOU decide? An abortion, a solution - maybe But taking the right to live from the Baby away? Why punish to die?
Is it murder or not? Can they bear the blame in front of their god? And a fear of the medical disciples: Maybe the child will be born CRIPPLED!
Medical history hey write A solution for a later life?
In the night to the 17th of November - The point of time - the world will remember - As s manipulation-trial has failed And an embryonic existence passed away

| Daddy Was Her First Man
A sweet girl of eleven years Within her brain: The darkest fear caught by absolute disaster Her virginity - lost to the own father There he comes with alcoholic breath Now her mind is fallen, emotions are dead Cold by routine she's accepting her fate Which she must endure since her age of 8 People close their ears And they close their eyes They're only open for a moment When somebody has died The weak, little victims have no voice And falling tears don't make a noise How long does it take 'til a bit of compassion awakes Something... disgusting! Covered as a harmless game Abnormality is reflecting In all the things that happen To other girls with different names - Left without being protected -
"Hey, your daddy is doing a crime To you and your little mind A defect will always be In your mental factory"
Locked inside the darkend room As the horror passed her by... The kitchen - place for the next rape In despair she reaches the butcher-knife And she refuses doing that once again At a certain point of panic she cuts away His little friend! Justice now is sealed But do you think now she is healed? You can give her shelter You can hold her tight But you can't take away this horrible frigth When memories of the past appear To control her life in fear...

| The Day As Heaven Wept
One of man's darkest chapters, it has just begun In the sign of the cross they rise It's the epoch of the inquisition Too many brothers and sisters have died...
..left with no life inside to be awaken They will never see the morning sun again Hypocrisy killed the forsaken Who thought, faith would be their only friend Faith would be their only friend
The scenery shows the ashes of some who tried to refuse Rising smoke becomes one with the dim light of the pale and lurid moon Can dark clouds hide the hidden from the mighty eye of God? Using his name on the pretext of deciding who's allowed to live... and who's not! (It's a very dark night, nobody outside... Silence wraps up the land, as suddenly Hoof beats destroy all sleep In a very dark night...)
Who's allowed to live... and who's not!
From high above the Lord silently watches and grieves And sadness rises from his inner deep "For thou, my son hath been crucified..." All the angels laid down their trumpets and cried
"One shalt be sent to foresee mankind's death! Rain shalt be my tears and thunder my wrath!" Sitting on his throne, left of all hope he once kept On the day, as heaven wept
As heaven wept

| Origin Of A Crystal Soul
As dawn is weaving between fallen autumn leaves The poor ones gather under naked trees Asking how to survive, 'cause the winter breaks And medieval coldness now from a deep sleep awakes
Libera me, domine, de morte aeterna in die illa tremenda [Free me, oh Lord, from eternal death on that terrible day]
It's December, 14th 1503, as the ones above stop their mourning As the one arrived - selected to foresee - something changed without a warning! (Libera me, domine, de morte aeterna in die illa tremenda) [Free me, oh Lord, from eternal death on that terrible day]
Es war geboren in des Christengottes Zeit [It was born in the time of Christian God] Ein Bub - so die Legende - mit des Schöpfer's Fähigkeit [A boy - so says the legend - with the Creator's power] Zu sehen, was sein wird, im Verborgenen, unerkannt [To see what will be, in obscurity, unknown] Denn der mit dem Leumund des Ketzers würd' öffentlich verbrannt [Then he that's known as a heretic would publicly be burnt]
Die Hand, die - greifend nach dem Schönen - blutet von der Rose Dorn [The hand, that - reaching for the fair - is bleeding from the rose's thorn] Der Trieb der Menschen Habgier, bestraft durch Gottes Zorn [The human instinct of greed, punished by the God's wrath] Er, der Spiegel eurer Seele, spürt die Trauer, Kummer, Gram [He, the mirror of your souls, senses the mourning, grief, sorrow] Er, der Träger dieses Namens: Michael de Notre Dame [He who bears this name: Michael de Notre Dame]

| In A Pale Moon's Shadow
Hostem repellas eternus [May you forever repel the enemy] Pacemque dones et protinus [And give us peace, and from then on] Ductore sic de praevio [With you, our leader, in front of us] Vitemus omne noxium [We shall evade all evil]
Hostem repellas eternus [May you forever repel the enemy] Pacemque dones et protinus [And give us peace, and from then on] Ductore sic de praevio [With you, our leader, in front of us] Vitemus omne noxium [We shall evade all evil]
A dream deep in the night As the firstborn awakes with the sign A little dreamer... but are dreams always to define?
"Do not fear, my son! Awaken the dragon inside For he may guide you, being the world's hidden eye Through a dark time, when mankind is bleeding within Oh little dreamer..."
Hostem repellas eternus [May you forever repel the enemy] Pacemque dones et protinus [And give us peace, and from then on] Ductore sic de praevio [With you, our leader, in front of us] Vitemus omne noxium [We shall evade all evil]
Analyzing the midnight sky And in the early morninglight He just feels the warming heart Beating in his head
To declare the reason why Should I survive this sadness "God reality back in my mind" - beating in his head
It's a very dark night Nobody outside Silence wraps up the land as suddenly: Hoof beats destroy all sleep
And a wooden coach loaded with innocent ones Accused and sentenced, their end has begun And their eyes can't cover their fear... can't cover their fear
And he thinks he must be dreaming Lifts up his head, sees the sky is gleaming Heaven burns as red as blood
And all they have caught, they won't return The sky reflects, from superstition they burn When will they ever learn... They never return!
Ein drohendes Pochen in tiefschwarzer Nacht [A threatening rapping in pitch black night] In Träumen geseh'n und nun wahrgemacht [In dreams foreseen and came true] Die Diener der Kirche sind hier, sie zu holen [The Church's servants have come for her] "Brennen sollst du mein Kind! - Der Herr hat's befohlen!" ["You shall burn my child!" - It's the Lord's command!]
Do not fear my son! Awake the dragon inside For he may guide you, being the worlds hidden eye
Als am Pfahl sie brennt, nun schwarz ist ihr rotes Haar [When on stake she burns, now her red hair is black] Niemand mehr zweifelt, daß des Teufel's Weib sie war [No one doubts anymore that the Devil's broad she'd been] Geschlagen, getreten, bespuckt und belacht [Beaten, trodden, spat and laughed at] Die Flammen dem Leiden ein Ende gemacht [The flames made an end to the suffering]
A scream deep in the night As the firstborn awakes with the sign A little dreamer... but are dreams always to define?
Die Flammen dem Leiden ein Ende gemacht [The flames made an end to the suffering] Die Flammen dem Leiden ein Ende gemacht [The flames made an end to the suffering] Ein Ende gemacht [An end to it] Und wieder pocht es in tiefschwarzer Nacht... [And another rap in a pitch black night...]

| De La Morte Noire
Born through astral constellation Those pictures are now getting clearer Inside his head And sent by the highest god They start to rise from the deepest depth
"My King - dead - no!!!!! Dying by the lance... so slow..."
He wipes the tears Away, and tries to think As clear as the falling rain But his hope begins to sink But his hope begins to sink...
.. down to this point Do you fear? Yes you do, and you always will! The bleeding of another part Crawls into your mind and still...
Es kam zu erinnern [There came, to remind] An des Menschen Buße [About Man's repentance] Die Maske des Vogels [The mask of the bird] Nickt höhnisch zum Gruße [Bows for a mocking salutation] In Schwarz gehüllt [Clad in black] Auf schwarzem Rosse getragen [Carried on black steed] Die Menschheit zu knechten [To subdue humankind] Kam der Herr der Plagen [Came the Lord of the Plagues] Pest regiert mit strafender Hand [The plague rules with punishing hand] Und Leichen bedecken das Land... das Land [and corpses cover the land... the land]

Out of the sorcerer's chamber? Or do they come straight from the hands of the goal? This roses' leaves seem to be magic And saved all the poor population below "My wife... sons... no!!!!! Diphteria creeps, and no one knows..."

| Lost (Robin's Song)
Running away in the autumn rain Did you ever see a little child sleeping? "To be near them will my sorrow drain..." Suddenly I stocked, their bodies weren't breathing anymore And I couln't help! They captured my heart with their sorrow... it grows
Due to the ones who fear Dance in the morninglight Due to the ones who fear Slaves to this innocent might
Due to the ones who fear Dance in the morninglight Due to the ones who fear Slaves to this innocent might
Carrying away the ones I love Folden hands, they have been blessed Now I feel angry 'bout the ones above Just no warning, no sign Hey, yes, I fear! And I just really feel darkness inside Lost without a chance to hide
Due to the ones who fear Dance in the morninglight Due to the ones who fear Slaves to this innocent might
See me down Down on the ground Hoping that nobody hears The sound of this falling tears
Endless bleeding Hoping that nobody sees What you did to me!
Endless weeping Hoping that nobody hears The sound of this falling tears
Endless mourning Hoping that nobody knows This feeling below

In the woods we met you, stranger And though we don't know your face Take your fiddle, come on over Sit down 'round the fireplace
Watch the flames are dancing higher They are longing for the sky Heroes now will be awaken Elder stories let their spirits fly

| Heavenly Damnation
Suffering dementia Unchains the secret's bearer Unholy visions "God forgive me!" Are coming nearer - coming nearer, Amen!
Lux perpetua, domine [The eternal brilliance, Lord]
Dementia slowly unlightens the mind And satan steals the morninglight

So God has found him weeping And wrath flickered deep withing His eyes So thy shalt suffer As long ago the one's been crucified The keeper of the Lord's mark Is rising up with this ability Heavenly damnation So thou shalt trust the seer...

| The Final Victory
We are writing the year 1543 AD, the time the black plaque struck Agen, here Michael Nostradamus lived with his wife and two children. He confidently began to treat his fellow citizens, but - unfortunately - Was not able to save his family from his old enemy... This was also a time the holy cross was rising with unstoppable might Again, a trace of tears and blood covered the land
The final victory Has crushed the autumn silence The final victory Has crushed the autumn silence
Mortius, domine, lux perpetua luceat [For the dead, Lord, may eternal light shine] Mortius, domine, lux perpetua luceat [For the dead, Lord, may eternal light shine] Mortius, domine [For the dead, Lord.]
Viju svet v notschi tumanoi Ne prognat mne prisrak strany Svet Negasnusei svetschi Gorit, Gorit v notschi
So God has found him weeping And wrath flickered deep withing His eyes So thy shalt suffer As long ago the one's been crucified The keeper of the Lord's mark Is rising up with this ability Heavenly damnation So thou shalt trust the seer...

| Awaking The Centuries
Awaking the Centuries
In the books of what will be Written by the demon lord? Never lift your head up to the east 'cause darkness wakes the best!
Der Kerzen Schein [The candles' light] Er leuchtet fahl [Is palely shining] Als das Sonnenlicht er stahl [When He stole the sunlight] Und nur das grosse Himmelszelt [And only the great sky's tent] Bezeugt das Ende dieser Welt [Is witness to the end of this world]
So feed the spark Welcome to the land of dark Death in all the centuries is what I left behind Take my hand Forgotten in the promised land Death in all the centuries is what I left behind
The knowledge, brought to the world Is growing with a bitter taste In a dream I saw things that will be Centuries away
Des Mondes Schein [The moon's glow] Er leuchtet fahl [Is palely shining] Das Herz der Finsternis er stahl [He stole the Heart of Darkness] Nun gleiend Lichte ihn umgibt [Now glistening light surrounds him] Und doch des Menschen Hoffnung siegt...? [And so Man's hope prevails?]
So feed the spark Welcome to the land of dark Death in all the centuries is what I left behind Take my hand Forgotten in the promised land Death in all the centuries is what I left behind
The night when evil steps out of the dark And the cross is rising again And fires are keeping the light Burn, my friend...
And the sign of humanity is burning tonight I can't escape from this ritual silence Humanity's burning tonight
When I open my eyes I see soldiers in the fields Dead bodies on the ground There are children inbetween Explosions shock the land And the evil shows its face The one called Hister rises This is the fall of grace...
Beast ferocious from hunger will swim across rivers The greater part of the region will be against the Hister The great one will cause it to be dragged in an iron cage When the German child will observe nothing
In the books of what will be Written by the demon lord? Never lift your head up to the east 'cause darkness wakes the best!

| In A Fullmoon Procession
As the evening breaks The night awakes And the land is mournfully wrapped in silence Sorrow last And remains the past cause this will be my ending day
Then the moonlight dies And torches rise See the crowd longing for the ritual burning Holy rhymes, as the churchbells chime cause this will be my ending day
Silent thief Take me away Let my soul rest in the realm of fairytales And as the fire enlightens the dark I see the face bewildered with guilt And nobody's speaking a word
As the dark night enters
See the soul that's coming out of darkness into light Pictures, I can't fight Appearing in front of my eyes Like silhouettes in the night
Like they give bread to the beggars They get ready for the feast Cruelty absorbed by their eyes Within this midwinters breeze
Silent thief Take me away Let my soul rest in the realm of fairytales And as the fire enlightens the dark I see the face bewildered with guilt And nobody's speaking a word
As the dark night enters As the dark night enters

| Prophecy Fulfilled
[Prophecy Fulfilled]
Out beneath the nightly sky Squat down on the ground His breath warms up the wintry air The truth hurts, that he found
He might be the chosen one The one, allowed to see God's eye for the human race That ends in misery
Nobody knows... That it is real, nobody knows... that it is real!
It's so powerful to foresee With divine astronomy The light inside the crystal soul Protecs me from the wintry coldness But a dark might is on the lead And thy scares start to bleed... again...
[And The Dark Night Entered]
And Michael Nostradamus began to wander through Europe for the next six years, where he first became aware the awakening of his prophetic powers
Divine astronomy...
So god has found him weeping And weath flickered deep withis his eyes For thy shalt suffer As long ago...
Sadness comes from deep inside There are so many shades of winter His breath warms up the wintry air Punishment to all the sinners
Dementia slowly unlightnes the mind...
So god had found him weeping And wrath flickered deep withis his eyes For thy shalt suffer As long ago...
Your wish shalt be denied... So do you hear the echoes of the ones that'll slowly die? Prophecy fulfilled And torture comes at midnight A dark sign's burning brighter than the light
So do you hear the echoes...?
Out beneath the nightly sky Squat down on the ground His breath warms up the wintry air The truth hurts, that he found
He might be the chosen one The one, allowed to see God's eye for the human race That ends in misery
Nobody knows... That it is real, nobody knows... that it is real!

| All'inizio È La Morte
[At The Beginning Is Death]
[Music: A. Nasseri / Lyrics: A. Nasseri]
Tremens factus sum ego [I shake because of the facts] Et timeo [and I'm scared] Dum discussio [while I talk] Venerit at que ventura ira [it will come to the upcoming wrath] Et timeo [and I'm scared] Dum discussio [while I talk] Venerit at que ventura ira [it will come to the upcoming wrath]
Herbei, ihr Leut' - das Fest beginnt [come run up you people, the celebration starts] Nehmt Platz auf besten Rängen [take your seats on best places] Seht, wie der flehend Mann dort kniet [see how the begging man kneels there] Seht den Ketzer, ich sag, er soll brennen heut' Nacht [see the heretic, tonight he shall burn I say] Soll ihn spür'n, den Tod, er kommt langsam und lacht [(he) should feel death, it comes slowly and laughs] Und als die Töchter des Teufels er nennt [and as he tells about Devil's daughters] Die Sense den Faden des Lebens zertrennt [the scythe severs the thread of life]
Und als sein letzter Schrei erstirbt [and when his final scream dies] Die Flammen ihn verschlingen [flames consume him] Und Kindesweinen bricht die Still.... [children's crying breaks the silence...] Seht zur Asche ward er, der die Lügen erzählt [see to ashes he went who told those lies] Im Zeichen des Kreuzes [under the sign of the cross] Hat er seinen Tod selbst gewählt [he chose his death himself] Doch unsere Seelen sind rein... [but our souls are pure...]
Doch unsere Seelen sind rein... [but our souls are pure...]
Schenkt aus den Wein! [pour out the wine]
Profundis Clamavi [endlessly we cry out] And as the dark procession then has been fulfilled For their god - a sacrifice - his blood was spilled So Death took him to mother's chest Where he may rest...
And the weather says, it's springtime See the leafs of darkest green And his screams hall in the nightly breeze As the darkened sorrows feels
Dark are all the autumn nights Where mind and stars unite Knowing forbidden wisdom And all the things he sees Collected in a chamber Secrets of astronomy
The rage in their eyes Torches in their hands And the power of the cross Bringing fear to all the land ... and darkness will come to us all!
Profundis Clamavi! [endlessly we cry out]
And as the dark procession...
Schenkt aus den Wein! [pour out the wine]

| Per Aspera Ad Astra
[On Rough Course To The Stars]
[Music: A. Nasseri / Lyrics: A. Nasseri]
(Adesso sono qui...) [now here I am...] An old dungeon hidden from all the light Thirteen candles enlighten the dark Shadows are playing their games on the wall And a shimmering glow fills the arch
Now, as night steps aside, and a new dawn will break Silently a new age of science awakes
Old theory that has been wrong Power of the universe Will take me to the place where I belong
Through the clouds of lies and fear In silent moments it comes near:
In my deepest hour of darkness They will shine... (feel my scorn) endlessly... (The sword that killed the unicorn) Splenderanno... per aspera ad astra [they will shine... through adversity and space]
His theories and knowledge Mean danger in these times And those accused of heresy Will not longer be alive Hide, hide your secrets well For in your darkest hour you should dwell
(Adesso sono qui...) [now here I am...] An old table covered with parchments and rolls The great one has children of four Callisto, Europa, Ganymed e Io The bright universe to adore
Old theory that has been wrong Power of the universe Will take me to the place where I belong
Through the clouds of lies and fear In silent moments it comes near:
In my deepest hour of darkness They will shine... (feel my scorn) endlessly... (The sword that killed the unicorn) Splenderanno ... per aspera ad astra [they will shine... through adversity and space]

| Of A Might Divine
[Music: A. Nasseri / Lyrics: A. Nasseri]
Requiem eternam [rest eternally] Et dona eis domine [and give to the Lord]
Ride, ride, over the land Sorrow comes without a waring, dear And do never start to sacrifice your faith They, they, they betray And poisoned voices creep into your mind For this will be their final stand
Ride, ride over the land! Outside - a light! He awakes in the deep of a stormy night They have come to get him now A feast for the raging crowd With torches still alight
Suppressed by a might divine "Your science of the dark" Revoke what has been told Or at the break of dawn you will feel the holy spark Of a might divine
La falce della luna è lutto questa notte [The scythe of the moon is mourning tonight]
"Inside - I cry All I trusted in should die?" An instrument to ship the blind Through the sea of ancient times Of a might divine
Now the night breaks And the final trial awakes Pressure's getting more and more Betrayed - all I was living for Of a might divine
All over the land Without a warning Supressed by a might divine "Your science of the dark" Revoke what has been told Or at the break of dawn you will feel the holy spark Of a might divine
La falce della luna è lutto questa notte [the scythe of the moon is mourning this night]
Requiem eternam, et dona eis domine [Lord, give them the eternal rest]

| Herr Mannelig (Long Version)
[Music: Traditional / Lyrics: A. Nasseri]
All'alba, prima che il sole sorgesse [At dawn before the sun arised] E gli uccelli cantassero la canzone [And the birds sang their song] La donna del troll con la lingua falsa [The woman of the troll with the false tongue] Ed ingannevole propose al signore: [And deceptive voice proposed the gentleman]
Herr Mannelig, Herr Mannelig mi vorrei sposare [Herr Mannelig, Herr Mannelig will you want to marry me] Per tutto quello che io ti darò? [For all that I will give you?] Se vorrai, rispondi solo si o no [If you want to, just say yes or no] Farai così o no? [Will you do it or not?]
Ti darò i dodici mulini [I will give you the twelve mills] Che stanno tra Tillo e Terno [That are between Tillo and Terno] Le macine sono fatte del più rosso rame [The grinders are made of the most red copper] E le ruote sono cariche d'argento [And the wheels are loaded with silver]
Herr Mannelig, Herr Mannelig mi vorrai sposare [Herr Mannelig, Herr Mannelig will you want to marry me] Per tutto quello che io ti darò? [For all that I will give you?] Se vorrai, rispondi solo si o no [If you want to, just say yes or no] Farai così o no? [Will you do it or not?]
Se tu fossi una donna cristiana [If you were a Christian woman] Riceverei volentieri regali così, [I would gladly receive gifts] Ma io so che sei il peggiore troll [But I know that you are the worst troll] Figlio degli spiriti maligni [Son of the malignant spirits]

| The Observer
"I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason and intellect has intended us to forgo their use"
So all the stars Will guide us on our way The Sextant as a leader Has duration for all days
Look at the amazing skies In long and profound discoveries With a strong and a clear mind he's encrypting More secrets of astronomy
In endless nights He entirely observes the skies His publications will change the world
Galileo Galilei
Only what my eyes will see, I will believe! Day and night - separated by the light
In Pisa he's required To teach the theory That the stars and all the planets Revolve around the earth But he believed In a different truth The heliocentric one Proposed by Kopernikus A new age has begun
The stolen sun Makes their fear rise And man will sacrifice The moon is the reason why
The amazing skies...
In endless nights..
And all the servants of the cross - they will deny Will deny the starlight
In Pisa he's required To teach the theory That the stars and all the planets Revolve around the earth But he believed In a different truth The heliocentric one Proposed by Kopernikus A new age has begun

| Eppur Si Muove
[However, it (the Earth) moves]
[Music: A. Nasseri / Lyrics: A. Nasseri]
Aside the one in sorrows To release my darkened mind And never meant to bought my way to thee A light that blinds the blind God end this suffering My blood and tears that flow for you My King
My Son, beware... ... of all that your eyes cannot see Trust your mind And strengthen your abilities
Did you ever touch the starlight? Dreamed for a thousand years? Have you ever seen the beauty Of a newborn century?
And now's the time to enter A new way, things to see Man is just a weak reflection In evolution's history
And in the hour of darkness It will guide your way:
La bellezza del paese di Galilei [the beauty of the country of Galilei]
E nella mia ora più buia [and in my darkest hour] loro splenderanno [they will shine] per me [for me] all'infinito [for ever]
As I the one in sorrows To release my darkened mind And never to guide my way to thee A light that blinds the blind God end this suffering My blood and tears that flow for you My King
Geboren im flackernden Kerzenschein [Born in the flickering light of a candle] Verfasst in dunkler Zeit [Enscripted in dark times] Ein altes Stück von Pergament [On an old parchment] Sich mit der Feder vereint [The pen slides] Der Zeichnung seines Arms entspringt [And from his arm borns] Der Universen Zelt [The tent of the universe] Es ist der Zeiten Anbeginn [It is the beginning of the times] Und ändert diese Welt [And it will change the world]
Des Universums Zelt [The tent of the universe]
Nato al lume guizzante della candela [Born in the flickering light of a candle] Scritto in tempi oscuri [Enscripted in dark times] Sulla vecchia pergamena [On an old parchment] Scorre la penna [The pen slides] E dal suo braccio nasce [And from his arm borns] Il disegno delle volte celesti [The design of the celestial times] È l'inizio dei tempi [It is the beginning of the times] E cambierà il mondo [And it will change the world]
My son, take care... Of all what the cross wants you to be Trust your eyes And strengthen your abilities
Did you ever touch the starlight? Dream for a thousand years? Have you ever seen the beauty Of a newborn century?
And time has come to doubt About the holy verse It is just a weak reflection In our endless universe
And in your hour of darkness The beauty guides your way:
La bellezza del paese di Galilei [the beauty of the country of Galilei]
E nella mia ora più buia [and in my darkest hour] loro splenderanno [they will shine] splenderanno per me [shine for me] all'infinito [for ever]

| Herr Mannelig (Short Version)
Se vorrai, rispondi solo si o no Farai così o no?
Se vorrai, rispondi solo si o no Farai così o no?
Se vorrai, rispondi solo si o no Farai così o no?

| The Origin
It had already become day as he opened the big wooden door and stepped out of the shadows.
The sun had shown behind the eastern forest, bright and warm in a cloudless sky.
As his eyes closed, he slowly raised his head.
Gently, the morning wind caressed his face and rustled through his long hair
The chatter of the birds had become one with the whispers of the black elders, melding with the rhythmic babbling of the little brook, which wound its way to the distance behind the humble grange.
But it has not always been like that.
One thousand seven hundred years ago, during the celebration of the two moons, the enemy forayed over powered the villagers under the cloak of darkness.
Brave men were cut down where they stood in the cold crisp autumn night.
The ones who still had life in their veins escaped in despair, but regathered quickly and formed a resistance.
Many among them, women and children, only armed with axes, torches, and pitchforks.
And it seemed as if all hope was forsaken...
