The Hives je švedska rok grupa osnovana 1993. godine. Važi za jednu od najuspešnijih grupa garaž rok revajvla a najveći mejnstrim uspeh doživela je 2001. godine kompilacijom „Your New Favourite Band“. Prepoznatljivi su po tome što se uvek pojavljuju i nastupaju identično obučeni, u crnim ili belim odelima, kao i po čestim turnejama. Samo 2000. godine imali su čak 150 nastupa.
